The staff is very kind, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast is great. For tourists, the location may not be good, but for business travelers, it is conveniently close to Expo Center Norte and offers a Coco Bambu restaurant just in the corner!

Some staff spoke English and they were very polite. It felt very safe there. Breakfast every morning was included which was great. Walking distance to a few nice spots.

Spacious, clean, very comfortable. Wifi was good. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Loved the beds.

The room is good and comfortable. But the location doesn’t have good restaurants or cafes around. Has some restaurants with low standards with. very simple food.

Stayed there for 1 night before carrying on to Santos the following day for a cruise, it was really close to the Sambadrome which was great because I was there for Carnaval

The swimming pool and especially the gym are amazing. They're located on the top floor, with a panoramic view. The gym is spacious, well equipped and well ventilated.

good size room. not too far from the airport, outside of central area - easy to get out of SP.
